Max Emmerson Productions specialises in the development of new writing, project management and fundraising for commercial and subsidised theatre projects. Led by Producer Max Emmerson and supported by Stage One (Autumn Bursary 2023 & Stage One X Columbia Exchange 2024).

Alongside independent producing Max works as Executive Producer for Emmerson & Ward Productions and Producer for Birmingham Rep. He has previously been a Producer for: Secret Cinema, Leeds Playhouse, Box of Tricks Theatre, ThickSkin and Oldham Coliseum. He began his career as Assistant Producer for the Royal Exchange Theatre and as Production Co-ordinator for Bill Kenwright Productions in London.

Max was the first recipient of the Anthony Field Producer Prize at LIPA and completed the Stage One Producers Apprenticeship scheme in London in 2015.
